Spacious, bright and airy, this romantic cottage is set in a forest clearing and has one bedroom with a double bed. There is a day bed and a double sleeper couch in the lounge, suitable for any extra guests. The bathroom has a spacious shower and looks out over the verdant forest. It is also accessible from the verandah.
The lounge / dining / kitchen area is open plan, with two sets of french doors that open onto the verandah. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, an electric oven and a microwave too. On cooler days you can snuggle up in the lounge and watch the flames dancing in the fireplace, or watch a bit of TV.
Situated alongside the vlei, the cottage has a braai area outside and large covered verandah overlooking the dam, near a majestic weeping willow tree which is home to a colony of weaver birds. It’s the perfect hideaway for true nature lovers or those looking to get away from it all …
