River Sanctuary

Like something out of a fairy tale, River Sanctuary is tucked away into a small forest clearing beside a crystal mountain stream. There are two bedrooms; the main bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, suitable for children. There is a single bed in a lounge nook that doubles as a sunny reading spot.

There’s a well-equipped, open-plan kitchen, a cosy lounge with tub armchairs and crackling fireplace and a dining area. The retro black-and-white bathroom is complete with vintage claw-foot bath. The open-air shower next to the river is a delight for honeymooners and nature lovers alike! It is completely private – only the vervet monkeys will be able to see you.

A charming, intimate undercover seating area with outdoor braai looks out into the secluded lush forest where the sounds of the dancing stream and birdsong fill the air. Another seating area is set on the rolling lawns.
